Kamikawa Taisetsu Tokubetsu Junmai

This is Kamikawa Taisetsu brewery’s signature sake, it is the origin of ‘drinking sake’. It is brewed with Ginpu, Hokkaido’s official rice. It is a very well balanced sake, with a gentle scent and a clean palate. A deep and neat incense, a sharp and comfortable finish. While feeling a solid sense of volume and a long finish A smooth sharpness that makes you want to stack sake cups. Please feel “Kuchifuku” with chopsticks, sake cup and this sake.
