カンポット・ペッパーは良質のボルドーワインと呼ばれるほどで、カンボジアの限定地域でとれる”世界一美味しい”といわれるブランド胡椒です。フレッシュミントを思わせるような爽やかで芳香な香りと刺激ある辛さを感じますが、とてもマイルドな余韻に変わります。お肉やサラダ、お酒のおつまみとしても楽しめます。 またカンポット・ペッパーは「カンポット・ペッパー協会」という団体が完全有機栽培のガイドラインを定めており、この協会からガイドラインを順守したと認められた農園で作られた胡椒のみが「カンポット・ペッパー」のブランドを使うことが許されています。

Kampot Pepper deserves to be called “good quality Bordeaux wine” and is a brand of pepper that is said to be “the most delicious in the world” that can be obtained in a limited area of Cambodia. It has a refreshing, aromatic aroma and pungent spiciness reminiscent of fresh mint, but with a very mild finish. You can enjoy it as a topping for meat, salad, and snack with alcohol drinks! In addition, Kampot Pepper has established guidelines for completely organic farming by an organization called the Kampot Pepper Association, and only pepper made on farms recognized by this association as complying with the guidelines can use the brand name of “ Kampot Pepper”.
