Yamawa Junmai Ginjo (Spring)
The spring limited edition of “Yamawa” is Junmai Ginjo, which is carefully brewed by low-temperature fermentation with a small amount of preparation. Used Miyagi rice “Kura no Hana” and Miyagi F yeast. The refreshing scent and the delicious taste of beautiful rice are well-balanced, and the taste of the cup goes on. The label has an elegant design inspired by cherry blossoms at night, and will be a great gift.
